The Challenge
The client needed to streamline how their internal sales team created preliminary offers to attract new customers. The goal was to build an internal tool that could generate a complete sales offer for the photovoltaic market in just a few clicks, fully integrated with existing systems.
As Product Manager, I led the project end to end, from concept to delivery, while managing the relationship with a joint venture between a multinational mobile operator and a multinational energy company.
The Solution
We developed a secure web application integrated into the client’s work environment to enable fast and reliable offer creation, reducing delivery time to just a few minutes.
The solution included a secure, encrypted Salesforce CRM integration to ensure bidirectional data flow, along with a landing page combining a simplified, modern offer configurator UI/UX built on Google Maps technology.
Using an iterative, metrics-driven approach, I continuously refined the funnel and user journey based on early performance data, optimizing the workflow and reducing friction.
