The Challenge
Stockcrowd needed to build a new internal invoicing system API for its SaaS with over 300 clients, moving beyond the previous self-service model. The initiative involved stakeholders from Finance, Sales, and Development, each with different priorities.
As the person leading the initiative, I had to align these different expectations and define a way to decide what mattered most—without blocking the project or compromising either legal compliance or the product we could deliver in a crucial project as a billing system.
