How to boost sales productivity by creating sales offers in minutes

The Challenge

Solar360 needed to streamline how their internal sales team created preliminary offers to attract new customers. The goal was to build an internal tool that could generate a complete sales offer for the photovoltaic market in just a few clicks, fully integrated with existing systems.

I led the project end to end, from concept to delivery, while managing the relationship with the client.

The Solution

We developed a secure web application integrated into the client’s work environment to enable fast and reliable offer creation, reducing delivery time to just a few minutes.

The solution included a secure, encrypted Salesforce CRM integration to ensure bidirectional data flow, along with a landing page combining a simplified, modern offer configurator UI/UX built on Google Maps technology.

Using an iterative, metrics-driven approach, I continuously refined the funnel and user journey based on early performance data, optimizing the workflow and reducing friction.
