As a seasoned product manager, I’ve developed a unique ability to analyze complex problems, identify key issues, and develop creative solutions that drive results. I’m a skilled troubleshooter and problem-solver, with a talent for distilling complex technical concepts into actionable insights that drive business growth.

I got into product management by accident, but I found that I loved working with customers.

A lot of people see technology as forcing complexity into their lives, but I don’t think it has to be that way. I like listening to customers, understanding exactly what their issues are, and figuring out how technology can simplify their lives.

I studied economics and in my last year, I started my own business. Then I joined a small startup to create their quality assurance department, and shortly after, we were acquired by the second biggest player in the industry. I provided training to product owners and product managers, and I started to be involved in all product-related things.

Then I changed jobs and stepped in as a product manager, where I stayed for several years, eventually leading the product and quality assurance departments.

From there, I’ve worked as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams in various industries, including hospitality, manufacturing, legal-tech, fundraising fintech, and energy, in SaaS companies.
